About the author
Jane Cook has nearly 25 years of experience as a leader. She was an early years advisory teacher, nursery, infant and primary headteacher, assistant director at the DfE Sure Start Unit and early years advisor for the National Strategies. She is currently Managing Director of Linden Learning, an ethical educational consultancy.
